Romanies queue up at a road block in Horsmandean Kent, having been prevented access to the green in the centre of the town. After 300 years the horsefair was stopped by hundreds of police in riot gear. ..Only one horse and trailer got permission to parade around the green in the centre of the town whereupon local residents applauded the Romanies.
